The S.T.A.R. Chapter Foundation is a federally recognized 501(c)3 organization that has provided scholarships in support of higher education to deserving students within minority communities of Greater Cincinnati since 2010.



The STAR Chapter Foundation provides financial assistance in the form of scholarships for deserving students of color seeking to complete post-secondary and graduate degrees to accredited colleges and universities.
